1. About the service
Hi-Cut RFQ is an internal web dashboard for Hi-Cut staff and a few invited partners. It reads requests for quotation (RFQs) that customers email to Hi-Cut, analyzes the emails and attached drawings with AI, and drafts an internal contract review document. It is not a public service.
2. Access
- Access is by invitation only. You can sign in only if an administrator has added your Google account email address to the user list.
- Your permission level (Editor or Viewer) is set by an administrator.
- Keep your Google account secure and do not let anyone else use your access.
- We may change or remove access at any time.
3. Acceptable use
- Use Hi-Cut RFQ only for Hi-Cut business purposes.
- Do not try to access data or functions you are not authorized to use.
- Do not upload malicious files or interfere with the service.
4. Confidentiality
RFQ data can include customers' names, contact details and technical drawings. Treat it as confidential. Do not copy it out of Hi-Cut RFQ or share it with anyone not authorized by Hi-Cut.
5. AI-generated drafts
Drafts and analysis produced with AI may contain errors. A Hi-Cut team member must review every draft before it is used in a quote, contract or any communication with a customer. A draft is not an offer and does not bind Hi-Cut.
6. Ownership
Hi-Cut owns Hi-Cut RFQ. Customers keep their rights in the drawings and other materials they send us. We use that material only to prepare quotes and contract reviews.
7. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Hi-Cut RFQ Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction over any dispute.
