Precise Measuring

We use a top-grade optimal measuring machine that combines a flexible probe with a camera capable of enlarging the image up to 300x. The probe and the camera are calibrated prior to each job and kept in a room maintained at 23-24 c temperature in order to prevent thermal deformation. 

Further, upon delivery of your completed product we will provide you a full report including all necessary documents stating that the measurements are in accordance with the blueprint and your demands.

As demanded by industry standards and practices, our team uses precise and accurate measuring to accompany every stage of the machining process. After each stage of production, the part is sent directly to the measuring room to ensure that the products measurements and angles are in exact accordance with the blueprint.
